Did you know there are 7 energy centers, or chakras, of the body that correspond to our mood, emotions, ailments, strengths and overall well-being? Join Talia at Quest Studio for a guided chakra meditation and gentle yoga flow to balance your energy. Each chakra will be paired with a chocolate truffle treat made by Chocolate Creations to compliment each energy center. Workshop includes chakra yoga class & meditation, 7 truffles and a chocolate shot glass to enjoy with a drink of your choice. Event is (BYOB) - we recommend a flavored wine or liquor to pair with your shot glass. Class and meditation will run about 90 minutes with time for reflection and discussion after as you enjoy your chocolate. Class is Friday, February 26 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm. Cost $20 per person.
